Cbs app says " we're sorry, an error occurred" when i try to stream a show.

I have the same problem. I have to sign out and then sign back in every time I exit the app. It’s really annoying but it’s the only solution I’ve found

If you need further clarification and assistance on why this is happening and how to resolve this issue, we highly suggest reaching out to their Customer Support since this is an isolated case within the app. Most apps on the Roku streaming platform are being created, maintained, and updated by the channel providers themselves. You can also contact their direct line at 1 (888) 274-5343.
