As the title says...when ever I open the cartoon network app I get the error '''what the huh' something went wrong, sorry for the inconvenience''. This started yesterday after the app timed out so I just re-opened it but it showed that error.
I updated my roku, reinstalled the app, restarted roku itself...even factory reset the TV (since my tv has roku in it) but it didn't work...other apps are fine but this one, and cartoon networks website doesn't state anything about it. Is there a way to fix this? I've tried everything that the support recommends to no avail.
i don't know why it does that have you tryed to update it

Please be advised that after attempting the troubleshooting steps, and videos from other channels play fine. In that case, we suggest contacting the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from them.
