Cannot sign into channels

My Roku account is tagged to my email and my credit card. My wife has subscriptions to Peacock and Paramount but when we select those channels, it immediately takes me to sign up and subscribe. There is no option to sign in with her credentials. We have spoken to Peacock and 4 different people via Roku customer service. Getting nowhere. Please help!

When you launch Peacock, you should be presented an option to "Get Started" or "Sign In".  If you choose "Sign In", you should have an option to "Sign in using your Roku Account" or "Use Different Email".

If you have already signed in using your Roku Account, you will need to go to the Settings (gear icon) and Sign Out on that device.  Then relaunch Peacock and see if the above options are presented to you.  If so, choose Sign-In and use your wife's login credentials (email and password associated with her Peacock account).


As for Paramount, not too sure there as you usually need either a TV provider or a cable-alternative channel/app (ie. Hulu or similar) to view that channel, unless you are talking about Paramount+ (Plus).

Make sure you're not trying to access them through "The Roku Channel".
