Cannot resubscribe to Globoplay

On Sep 18, 2023, I have cancelled my subscription to Globoplay.  Now I would  like to resubscribe to it but I have no options to do so.  I have contacted Globoplay but their first level support do not know what to do, all they do is to tell me to delete the app and reinstall it.   This does nothing.  They don<t seem to have a higher support level. 

Do you know what I could do to resolve this?

@KingofSpace, if you didn't restart your Roku device using "System restart" from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate) after you deleted it and before you reinstalled it, give that a try.  Without restarting after removing an app its data isn't removed.
