Cannot add profiles on Discovery+. No menu on left hand side to manage

Recently received subscription to Discovery+.  No menu items on left hand side where you normally add profiles, settings, etc.

Thank you for reaching out about creating a Profile List inside the Discovery Plus channel. We'd be happy to provide you with options to help you with this.

Kindly follow the steps provided below:

  • Create or Edit Profile: Select Manage Profile > Add Profile > Enter a profile name and select a profile picture > Save
  • Discovery Plus Support: If you are having a hard time doing so, reaching out to the channel provider themselves would be the best idea as they are the ones who provide their own channel on the Roku streaming platform.

If you're not seeing the menu down the left side, perhaps your TV is set to zoom in too far.  Check your TV remote for a button marked Zoom, Size, Picture, or something similar.
