I hope someone can help me find a solution.
My wife was watching a channel, but decided to go to another channel. After selecting the new channel, it showed "loading", but nothing happened because the channel she was watching continued to stream.
I turned off Roku and turned it back on, a number of times, without success because the channel continues to stream.
Hoping that someone can tell us what we should do to get back to normal. Thanks.
