Apple tv sign in is on a continuous loop on my roku tv. I talked with apple tech who said it was roku software. When will roku address this issue?

We'd like to know more about the issue that you're having with your Apple TV channel. Could you send us a photo or video of your running problem with the Apple TV channel? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? In the meantime, you can try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates.

I tried to sign up for the Apple trial subscription and my Roku password did not work. I can log in to my Roku account. I have tried multiple times and am giving up...
