When I try to log in to Acorn, I get a message that I have a subscription through Roku and to sign in with my Roku credentials, but when I do that, it still doesn’t work. This is super frustrating my elderly mom lives in Acorn and Britbox please help! I checked my annual subscription and it is up to date.
If your subscription is through Roku, try accessing it in The Roku Channel.
Same for me, except I would be the “elderly mother” in this case. 😉

How are you currently accessing the Acorn channel? Are you using the standalone app or accessing it within The Roku Channel? Also, do you happen to have an active subscription with Acorn? If you do, was it purchased directly from Acorn or via Roku?
If your subscription with Acorn is through Roku, we highly recommend accessing it within The Roku Channel. If not, no worries! Just install the Acorn standalone app and access it there.
