Hi @nordby52.

Welcome and thank you for posting here at the Roku Community!

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention regarding your query about the episode 2 of FDR on your Roku streaming device.

Have you tried to play the second episode directly from within the History channel?

We're looking forward to hear on what you find out.

All the best,

Thank you for your reply.  I have gone into the History Channel.  It has red arrow with Play Next under it.  I do that and the next page says I am not authorized to view this content.

Hi @mmvd,

Thanks for following up, and we appreciate the details provided.

Have you tried removing the channel and adding it back to see if you're able to access that episode again? For efficient troubleshooting steps, follow the guide below:

  • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  • Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System Restart > Restart.
  • Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

If the issue persists, we advise you to contact the channel provider to see what further insight they can provide. Thanks!

Warm Regards,

Rey
