Hi @Jrey,
A warm welcome here in the Roku Community!
We'd love to further investigate this issue that you're experiencing since the antenna channels are not showing. May we know what kind of Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify) What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks,
John
I'm having a similar issue. About an hour ago I tried to switch to Dish but Netflix popped up instead. I don't have Netflix and the app is not installed on my TV. I've tried restarting the system and unplugging the TV. I'm trying to exit Netflix but at the "Do you want to exit Netflix?" screen it is stuck on No. I can open and watch other apps I just can't access Dish. I have a TCL 55R615.
I tried to access the devices on my other hdmi ports and the same thing happened.
Hi @jdneighbors,
Thank you for keeping us posted!
We will be delighted to assist you further with this issue that you had with the Netflix channel. Please try changing the batteries on your Roku remote.
If the problem still continues, please keep us posted.
Best regards,
John
It definitely wasn't the remote batteries. I had the same issue with a 2nd Roku remote and the Roku app. I tried switching hdmi ports which got rid of the Netflix issue but the tv stopped recognizing the ports. I did a factory reset on the tv which seems to have solved the problem.
Go to setting/ to scan TV ant/ on a smart tv to the right it will ask ( HIDE STREAMING?) CK THE BOX as in YES, NOW scan your ANT, Anytime you just want your ANT TV, HIt the guide BUTTON, There you go,, Hope it helps you out, Remember HIDE STREAMING Before you scan your ant
On older Roku WITHOUT guide on remote/Go home button to setting/ then to TV inputs/ it should show live TV/ drop down to manage channels, /CK the box /stop streaming, Now scan your ant, When your done, Your channels will be in the little box that says////// APP/INPUTS live TV box///// in your home button/ screen ,
