the NowTv app is nowhere to be seen on my Roku and when I search for it on my phone app to try and add it to my tv the “add app” button is grey and un-clickable. I am in the UK, I joined in the Uk and am not using a vpn. Please help me

We understand you are having trouble adding the Now TV channel on your Roku device. We're happy to help.

Please try to restart your Roku device by following the steps below:

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
2. Scroll and select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart.

After restarting your Roku device, try again to add the channel.
