Need help,

my mom wants to watch Hulu Originals such as “Only Murders in the building”, but there are no originals! She pays $70/month, or whichever is closest to that, so she should be able to watch the originals. This has been an ongoing problem for months.

She has emailed Hulu support, uninstalled/reinstalled Hulu, restarted the app, the Roku, even bought a new Roku box, but nothing works.

If anyone has had similar problems and could share some advice on how to fix it, that would be greatly appreciated!

We'd be more than happy to assist you with your concern about "Only Murders in the Building” being unavailable through Hulu on the Roku platform.

Since you've mentioned that you uninstalled and reinstalled the app, did you perform a system reboot in between? We need to confirm that this process has been done precisely to work. In addition, may we know where you purchased your subscription? Is it under Roku or directly from the Hulu app? If it is directly from the channel provider, we highly suggest keeping in touch with their customer support regarding this matter, as they are the ones who maintained their app on the Roku platform.
