I’m trying to cancel disney plus (due to the outrageous price increase) through roku but it doesn’t show up under my subscriptions. I tried to cancel on disney plus website and it says I’m subscribed through a third party. I checked my bank statement and it says it’s going through roku.

Make sure you're logging in at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.  If you have multiple Roku devices, check the email address on each one.

@selma9, you can't do that here.  Log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About and you can manage any subscriptions you have through Roku.  If your subscription is directly with Hulu, you'll have to cancel with them.
