We understand the black screen on your cable/antenna with your Roku TV, and we're here to help. We recommend performing a re-scan on your channels to view them once optimally.
To re-scan your cable/antenna channels, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Settings > TV > Inputs.
- Then, scroll down and navigate to Live TV
- Select Scan for Channels and proceed to Start Finding Channels
