We'd like to know more about the issue you are running into. Have you tried playing different seasons/episodes of the TV series to see if this issue applies to the entire TV show? We also suggest you try searching in Amazon Firestick, if another channel offers the same TV show for free, and see if it plays English or Spanish, this way we can isolate the problem.
