Technically, it is still Season 5, but Part 2.
And as noted, it becomes available on Peacock several months later. It looks like the first part is already available. But then, that aired a whopping 2 years ago!

The new episodes are advertised on Paramount not paramount plus. Old episodes are on peacock or paramount plus. I did find the new episodes on FUBO though.

Previous seasons are on Paramount+, but the current season is on Hulu Live (and other "Live TV" services, as stated). This stems from a contract from before Paramount+ launched.
Season 5 part 2 airs on CBS one hour later than on Paramount.
I believe that is only the first episode, which is a teaser to get a service that includes Paramount Network.

Yellowstone predates Paramount+. Prior streaming contracts are in place. ALL other Taylor Sheridan shows are tied to Paramount+.

Why are you yelling at Roku? It is Paramount that is showing the ads. I assume they don't say Paramount+, but too many people confuse Paramount Network and Paramount+. Complain to Paramount about the confusing naming.
