This is such an assinine response from Roku managment. it is very clear what the fing problem is, morons. Give the user the ability to clear "Because You Watched" suggestions list.

This doesn’t work anymore
Two-year old thread necromancy, but worth it because a few days ago, this started happening on just one account on my Roku YouTube app too and this thread is still the top match in Google search...
The "go to guest, select subscriptions, login to the account you really want to use" workaround works, but I really hope they fix this regression!

Fix it
THIS IS **NOT** A SOLUTION. IT IS A COMPLICATED WORK-AROUND EVEN ACCORDING TO THE POSTER. IT'S ALMOST 2025 AND IT'S STILL AN ISSUE. My god! I accidentally signed out of one of my accounts when I was trying to add and account. I signed back in and everything is gone!

You’re wasting your time, they are either incapable of fixing or updating their product or totally indifferent to the request. I’ve stopped using the product….
Youtube isn't displaying a navigation menu on the left panel. You can't see your history or saved videos or subscriptions... nothing. It's unusable.
Does anyone else have this problem? I'm a premium subscriber.
I've deleted and re-added the app and rebooted, of course.

This only happens to my Youtube "childhood account" i made back when YT came out. I use it as the living room for all. I am guessing its because my son saves everything in this playlist. Out of curiousity does anyone else have lots of saved "playlists" as well on the accounts in question here? Because it only picks on this account. I remember a while back my son added so many saved "playlists" that is stopped saving them and sad to say I had to go back one at a time on my computer to remove some of them to fix that issue. I am trying this now again. But thanks to anyone that can answer if they too have lots of saved playlist on these accounts in question.
Did you do anything to make your menu reappear or was there a solution you were given? It's happening again. I accidentally signed out and lost my menu. I've googled and googled and there are no fixes. This is freaking nuts. If it just reappeared: how long did it take to reappear?
