I have been trying to figure out how to get the Newsmax+ app on Roku since yesterday morning and it has been very frustrating, HOWEVER, a very smart Roku expert posted the solution! The expert’s username is act98092. I am not tech savvy so I didn’t know how to “tag” the original post or how to “accept as a solution” in the feed so I wanted to give him credit and tell everyone how to get the app. All you have to do is REMOVE the newsmax app from Roku and reinstall it, that’s it!

It's even easier than that. Newsmax updated their app this morning and all that needs to be done is to run a manual update for the app. The existing app now works with the paid Newsmax+ service.
