Same issue. Apple TV is the only channel with an issue. Please do not recommend the same delete-reboot-reinstall solution. It only works for a few minutes at best. Why hasn't roku fixed this yet?
Thanks for the post.
If you have already tried removing the channel, restarting the Roku device, and re-installing the channel and are still seeing the issue occur, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
Thanks,
Danny
This is not exactly a fix, but a workaround. If the video freezes, you can press the Right Arrow on the remote to jump ahead a few seconds. That gets you past the sticking point, and the video resumes. This is obviously a problem with Apple TV, because if you jump backward instead, it will always freeze again in the exact same spot.
@AaronShep Thanks so much for sharing your workaround. It works as you said, and is far less of an interruption to the continuity than having to back out of the show and go back in.
Roku for two years you have been giving same response that doesn’t work we might need a boycott Roku to get you moving where is the customer support?
Thank you
