What I experienced between 4-5 hours of continuous streaming was not a shutdown of the app on our Roku Express.
However, what did occur was a stop of the “CAM Live Stream” bringing back the screen with the [Play] button to start the live stream again.

Thanks for confirming, so this is a distinctive difference then from the original post which indicated, "App shuts down after 4-5 hours of continuous use."
It's a point of clarification that your app developers should be made aware of.
Hopefully you'll be able to post back that the issue was resolved with an app update by the app developers.
