The Roku NBA app does not show condensed games option. It only shows Recaps (about 2 minutes) and Full Game (about 90 minutes). The NBA website shows those options and Condensed Games (about 10 minutes). Also, my iPhone and iPad NBA app shows all 3 options. Only the Roku NBA app lacks Condensed Games as an option. Any ideas out there?
John B,
I did as requested and the condensed games are there, it’s just a hidden feature. Here’s what you do:
1 - under the Games tab, choose the game you want to watch
2 - click on Watch Full Game and when video starts playing, press pause
3 - you will see the icons pop up, choose the far left icon Stream
4 - a menu will open with all the feeds available and choose Condensed
That’s it! It works perfectly! Many thanks to Joseph F at NBA customer support!!!
Hey @wayneburris,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
Regarding channel functionality, we suggest that you contact channel support since channels on Roku are maintained by their own developers.
Please let us know if there's anything else that we can do to assist you.
