Mine is doing the same thing, except there was no power outage. I just bought it maybe 2-3 months ago!
Same with mine. Restarted 3 times and restarted once after restarting the router. No luck.
Never had this issue with any Roku I have been using the last 8 years.
Same thing Channels won’t load, tried all the advice still not working. This is an Update issue I think. Too bad ROKU didn’t have a chat where we could actually talk to someone who may know why this is happening. Hope they get on this issue quick!!
Same problem here. Mine shows that it got a firmware update at 7:32pm CST yesterday. Since then it hasn't been able to load any channels. If I try to do a software update, it just reboots.
From what I'm seeing posted here and other threads it looks like an update issue and the fact that I had a (planed) power outage at the same time was a coincidence. If its an update issue how can it get resolved if the unit won't even connect to update. I too have never had any problems with my Roku the last 5 years, but this is making me consider switching to something else. They aren't the only game in town and if this is the best we can get for customer service....
Agree. There's no customer service at all. Will need to reconsider Roku alternatives

Channel 1 - Releasing Gravity Locks
Channel 2 - Supercharging your system
Channel 3 - Opening Stream Gates
Channel 4 - Maximizing Fun Factor
Channel 5 - Aligning Solar Panels
Channel 6 - Tuning the hyperdrive
Channel 7 Engaging warp drive
I have done network reset including resetting modem and router 3x
I have done system restart immediately after update 2x
I can not add channels or view any existing channel ACCEPT for Netflix
not a solution.
