I can't add Amazon prime to my Roku, from the web after I have logged in and searched for the channel the add to list button is graded out.
Are you in one of the 17 countries that Roku supports?
If not, it's likely Amazon has chosen to not support their Roku app in your location since Roku itself isn't supported outside those locations.
If you are in a supported region, there's something else going on. But that's the most common reason people report apps not showing up as available to add.
