Thanks for your first post. We understand that you trying to log in to the Acorn channel but receiving an error message. To clarify, your subscription is through Acorn standalone channel. Is that correct? May we also ask where are you attempting to log in to the channel, is it outside of your Roku device?
Were you prompted to create an account during purchase? You use your Roku account's email and password to access your subscription. Get help with your Roku email and password for assistance accessing these channels.
