Acorn TV app not working, not able to login, receive error.

Jump to solution

How do we contact Acorn? I understand it may be their issue, but we got the platform through you. You owe us a solution rather than us trying to figure this out with a platform that is not accessible.

Please advise or better yet, fix it. I’ve seen comments from here that date back. This should have been fixed by now.

Hi @cpcookin,

Welcome to the Roku Community!
We are happy to help get your Acorn TV app back up and running. Each channel on the Roku platform is built and maintained by the channel provider itself.

Try the troubleshooting steps listed below:

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

You can also reach Acorn TV support directly here if you have any further questions.

Please keep us posted.

Warm regards,

Chel
