I have an ESPN subscription through ROKi. How do I log into ESPN on my phone or computer and carry over that subscription? I can watch ESPN plus on my ROKU device, how do I do that with a ROKU on the website or an app outside of ROKU?

I got your point! In this case, make sure to double-check your subscriptions and the login info. If you need more help, just reach out to ESPN+ support. Also, please know that your subscriptions, credentials, and content are handled by the App providers themselves.
