I lost access to CTV and ctv2

I'm trying to find out why I've lost access to CTV and ctv2 on my device. They are locked out.

Did anything change recently?  Are you in Canada?  Are you using a VPN?

Nothing has changed, I am in Canada and I don't have a VPN. One day I had access and the next they were locked.
