I received an email titled, “Alyjah, thank you for your recent Roku purchase. Enjoy this free trial offer.” and it said , “ Enjoy a 2-month free trial of AMC+.” I click it and it takes me to the trials and offers page. However, AMC+ only offers a 7-day free trial.

Suppose you have a subscription directly to Roku. We'd recommend to reach one of our Account and BIlling teams about this. Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions," and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

I have the same problem, just talked to 7 different Roku people in different departments and NO ONE knows how to fix this!! The only offer showing is one for $2.99/month and can't get to the free one. So annoying!
I received the email today, it plainly says 2-month free subscription through Roku Channel, and provides link to redeem, and it has at the link is $2.99 a month for two months for AMC+!!! This not through AMC+ directly, it's through The Roku Channel.
