5 Roku TVs unwatchable. No apps show, no live tv. Blank screens or grayed out icons

I'm having the same issue. Very frustrated. My 6 year son is autistic. I can't afford a new TV so life is very uncomfortable for both of us, he loves his shows lol. I'm at a loss. Nothing works

Before proceeding, may we know when this issue started happening? In addition, have you tried to check your network connection's signal strength? It may be a possibility that your network is unstable thus the black screens and grayed-out icons. 

We suggest trying to reboot your modem and router. If the issue still occurs, try connecting your TCl Roku TVs to an alternative network connection to see if it will make any difference. Perhaps a mobile hotspot would do.
