I am having the same problem right now. Tried France24 website for support but it is non existent.
Hi @Philine
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.
Could you tell us specifically the issue you're experiencing with France 24? Have you tried any troubleshooting? If so, please provide it to us so we know what steps we should take next.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
All the best,

I am having the same issues with my Roku but it’s doing that with all the apps. When I select a streaming app it will act as if it’s opening but doesn’t and returns to the Home Screen. Also my picture sometimes gets larger than the tv screen showing only part of the person. I have checked the internet connection and it’s fine and have unplugged the Roku device. It’s still not working
Thanks for reaching out.
Could you tell us how are you powering your Roku device? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet? In some cases, the USB power provided by the TV is not sufficient to power the device. Even though your Roku device may appear to be working, running with insufficient power can lead to instability, crashing, and other unpredictable behavior.
Using the included power cord and power adapter, we suggest plugging your Roku into a working power outlet in the wall. Powering it through a power outlet in the wall has the additional advantage that your Roku player will not need to power up every time you turn on your TV. This means your Roku player will be up and running faster than it would be connected to a TV.
Keep us posted!
All the best,
Karisa
I read and implemented the solution of removing the channel, restarting Roku, and reinstalling the channel. When that did not work I did the same after restarting my internet. Then I tried to find support at the France24 website but like others found, it is out of date and offers nothing in the way of help. After that I called their head office in Paris and they advised me to watch it on Youtube, clearly they have no solution.
