all cameras only record picture instead of video after updating to plus plan

For some reason all of my cameras stopped recording video and only record a single picture since I added a third camera and updated to the plus plan ($99.99/yr). The 2 original cameras recorded video fine up until I decided to pay Roku more money by upgrading. Absolute waste of money. No way to contact Roku and no way to change that setting. Thankfully I also have another system that has been working fine. I would NEVER recommend Roko cameras to anyone.
