Hello,
I recently purchased a Roku doorbell/video camera. I have set it up and I can get it on my TV and my phone app.
I would like to add my wife to be able to view the camera from her phone. Can someone please direct me on how.
Thank you for you assistance!

We'll be more than delighted to help you further with this inquiry. We would like to notify you that in order for your wife to access the cameras, you may need to install the Roku smart home app on her phone. Just log in to the app with your email address or Roku account to let her see the same camera. Control or viewing of the camera is then possible for the person who has logged in to the app.
Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to help.
Best regards,
John
Hi @Jmboyar,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
I'm more than willing to clarify where Roku sends the text or email verification code.
When you set up two-step verification (2FA) for your Roku account, an extra layer of security is added. You will then receive a verification link or code through either email or text to the email address or phone number linked to your Roku account. This additional step helps ensure that only authorized users can access your account and enhances its security.
In order for your wife to access your Roku account or Roku Smart Home app, she needs to download a Roku Smart Home app on her phone/tablet and log in with your Roku account.

Why is a key function so basic as adding a authorized user to see my cameras requires me to ask some just 1 step ahead of me about how to accomplish this tak ???

I have 5 cameras in use at family vacation home 3 hours away.
With roku's 2 step verification process, where does roku send the text or email verification code? How does my wife sign in? Using her email or text phone number and my account number and roku pin? This whole process is clear as mud, but is a very basic functionality needed by most roku security system users. Please explain this process more clearly.
