We're sorry to hear about the experience you have had with your Roku wireless doorbell. Also, we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've taken to try to resolve the issue.
We would first recommend restarting your Roku Smart Home Doorbell to see if that helps with the issue you are experiencing. If that doesn't work, we would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on the Roku Smart Home device.
