I’m having the same problem app crashed when updating firmware delete the device and can not get to rest to add back to my account

We will be more than happy to assist you further, but we will need to gather more information. Are you using a 2.4 GHz network? How far is your Roku wired doorbell camera from your router? In the meantime, please try to restart your modem and router. Try to see if that is able to fix the issue.

Thanks John! The yellow light doesn't flash. The voltage is good, the wireless network is 2.4G. I restarted everything, including the router. The chime is about 50 ft away and the modem is about 10 feet away.

Is it possible for you to move the router closer to the Roku doorbell camera and see if that is able to fix the issue that you're experiencing?

Closer than 10ft? Wow, it's literally separated by a window. I don't think so.

Thank you for the quick response, and for sharing this information with us.

Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Physically push in on the Doorbell, then push up. This will dislodge it from the mounting plate and allow it to be pulled away.
   • Note: Be careful not to touch the wires as they could cause a shock.
2. Press and hold the Reset button on the back until the light turns solid yellow.
3. Wait for the light to start flashing yellow again.
4. Set up the Doorbell again from scratch.

I've done that at least 5x. Still the same.
