I installed the Wire-Free Video Doorbell DB1000R yesterday, and when we pressed the doorbell button, we saw a small popup screen on our TV (Roku Ultra streaming).  Now that is not happening.

One comment - I signed up for the subscription on the doorbell.  Cannot say if we received any TV popups after that, but it might be a place to start.

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community regarding the issue you are experiencing with your Roku Smart Home Doorbell.

Have you tried restarting your doorbell to see if the issue persists?
