Unable to change internet connection of Roku camera

I am having much difficulty trying to change my Internet provider on my Roku home camera. I follow the instructions given by Roku but, when I go to settings, there’s no “network” provided for the next step.Please help! i’ve lost a lot of time trying to reconnect my camera with my new home Internet.

We are here to guide you through updating or changing the internet connection of your Roku camera. Please see the details below.

To change the internet connection of your Roku camera, you have to remove the camera from the Roku Smart Home app by following the steps below:

  1. On the Home screen, select your smart home device
  2. Tap Settings 
     
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete device
  4. Tap Delete or Yes to confirm your selection

After that, set up again the Roku Camera.

  1. Open the Home screen 
     
  2. Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar
  3. Select Add device
  4. Select your device category and then select a device
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions
