My phone was stolin. Now someone is accessing my cameras and watching and listening in on my personal spaces in my home. How to fix this
Login to to your Roku account at https://www.roku.com/ or https://my.roku.com/signin and change your password.
After changing your password and installing the SmartHome app on your new phone, just "Restart" the cameras from the settings. (you could also "delete" the device from within the app and then set them back up as well).
If you don't have a new phone yet, just unplug your cameras for now from power.
If you want to even take more measures, you can remove your cameras from your SmartHome account and then create a new Roku account (different email address) and setup your cameras under this new Roku account. (If you have a SmartHome subscription, then just changing your account password and restarting/resetting the cameras should work).
If you are just using the Roku cameras for free without a subscription, then creating the new Roku account would be recommended. (this will of course affect the ability to view on your TV unless you change your Roku devices over to the new account as well).
On your new phone, make sure to enable a password or pin so unauthorized entry cannot be gained in case you lose/misplace/have stolen again. A few apps are available that will wipe the phone if too many attempts are made to gain access as well.
