We understand you are having problems with your Roku Outdoor Camera SE not recording. We're happy to help. Please follow these steps:
- Ensure that the Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are up to date.
- Ensure that detects motion and detects sound are turned on in the Events Recording setting.
- Check if there are no event recording schedules.
- Turn the detection sensitivity to 100.
- Check to see if there are any scheduled Rules that might affect when Event Recordings take place.
- Restart the modem and router, and ensure that the camera is connected to the network and receiving enough connection.
- Restart Camera.
- Restart the Roku Smart Home App and try to sign out and sign back in.
