My camera worked perfectly fine when I was doing the free trial. The trial ended, it stopped working so I bought the subscription. After I bought the subscription it still won’t record, notify, or do anything it’s supposed to do.
I have deleted my device from the app and completely started the set up process. That didn’t work.
