Added another Roku camera today and won’t connect to internet. Right password and rebooted equipment

Have you tried connecting your Roku Camera to the 2.4 GHz band of your network?

If you have trouble connecting your device to your new Wi-Fi network, refer to:

• My smart home device is not connecting to the app
• My device is offline or I see error code 90
