Roku TV not seeing cameras

Got roku Smart Home channel but no devices are listed. The QR code just takes to but more cameras. Can't get this to work no more buying Roku. Help

We're glad to assist you with your problem of not seeing your Roku camera feed on your Roku TV. Please ensure that the Roku email account associated with your Roku TV is the same as your Roku Smart Home app. You can check it by going to your Roku TV's Home > Settings > System > About.
