Brand new indoor camera, got it set up and it works perfectly. Came with the 14 day full trial.
Camera works fine, I can record and save videos and play back later from my album.
However, every video that is triggered/recorded automatically will not play back from the cloud. I can see it, and it shows a thumbnail, but when I click on the recording I have no ability to view a video.
Help!

- On the Mobile app, select Account
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Sign out"
