Thank you, most appreciated. In another thread someone said they were having similar issues and restarted their cameras through the app and it seemed to solve the issue for them. I have gone ahead and restarted all 3 cameras and will monitor to see if I am still seeing this issue continuing. If it stops I will definitely let you know. Thanks again for your patience with me. I am not super techy and it took me a bit to figure out what you needed from me! It's a learning experience!
When I first installed my camera everything was working fine for a long time just recently the saved videos are not playing from my cloud I can't even save certain videos I've tried everything and moving my router closer nothings working at this point I might just switch to Ring Because this been an on going issue with no help...

We understand that you're having a hard time viewing recordings in your Roku Smart Home app since they won't play. Did you update the firmware of your Roku Smart Home app? Please try to remove the Roku Smart Home app and reinstall it again.
