Outdoor camera no longer recording events

- Have they've tried rebooting your camera?
- How far is the camera from your wireless router?
- When did you start seeing this issue occur?
- Have you made any recent changes to your settings within the Roku Smart Home mobile app?

Are there any near future plans to upgrade Roku Cameras or “firmware” update again for issues related to recording latency event problems that currently exist Alcon?
