I have 2 32gb sd cards, 1 in camera and 1 in the based and both are formatted.  I have rebooted the camera, paired everything again, sensitivity set to 100, motion tagging is on, motion events on, no schedules, no rules and firmware is updated.  Restart camera and app.  Under advanced settings > microsd card storage, it show both cards available.  Also, from what I’ve read, under advanced settings there is supposed to be record to sd card option, but there is none.  Any suggestions?

Do you have a subscription?  I think you only get that option if you have a subscription.  Otherwise, all you can do is schedule a recording.  I'll have to double check, but I recall having a micro SD card in my Outdoor SE not being very useful, so I don't use it anymore.
