Outdoor camera was working fine then it went offline. Battery is 94%. Powered off the camera and back on, nothing restarted the wifi still nothing. Can I remove the camera from the app and reinstall? How do you do this? I saw you can't factory reset Outdoor cameras. Are the Outdoor cameras only good for a year.

If you experience connection issues with your base station or camera, try the following suggestions.
Base station
If you continue to encounter connection issues with your base station, perform a factory reset by pressing the pinhole button next to the USB port with a paperclip (or similar) and then try again.
Camera
Due to privacy and security reasons, your outdoor camera cannot be factory reset. However, you can restart it. Simply open the weatherproof cover on back of the camera and slide the power switch off, wait a moment, and switch it back on. This procedure does not erase network settings or remove it from your Roku account, but may help with troubleshooting.

What if I have done all of the troubleshooting methods listed and the camera still will not detect motion?
What ever came from this issue? Did you get a solution / resolution?
I just bought an indoor Roku camera and nothing triggers it, nothing records, and I don't get a notification. I've checked and double checked all my settings. Event recording is on. Motion and sound detection is on. The live camera feed works and motion tracking works. I've tried with recording to sd card and tried without. Nothing. Wish I had an answer for you as much as I wish you had one for me. Good luck.

Roku suppor is Worthlesall they do is try to blame your isp or phone etc for the **bleep** softwarte they have runing their devices junk their gabage and go to a repiupable comany instead sucuh as bling or wyse
Dine all that and stil cant reinstall camer with yiour grbage app YOU folks do not even resopnd to calls from beter busuness burua
JUUnk the Roku garbage and get them from WYSE instead Theirs work like they should
THe problem lies with Rokus Garbage softwre even though they try to blame everything else such as your isp provider your phone etc
