I started receiving notifications around 1 pm so it seems to be fixed..they heard us! 🙂
I hope so! I'm a 4 hour drive from mine and won't be back until the 23rd. We will see
The problem about not receiving notifications in my case was solved but now the doorbell cam is not recording video. I receive notifications but when I go to events it is only a picture no video.
I started getting notifications again this afternoon, so maybe this has been fixed on the back end. Time will tell.

I'm getting notifications now and have them for a few hours.
You have to go into the app settings and clear data; not just the cache, but data as well. You will have to log back in, but that works for me. Have had to do it twice since xmas 2023. Good luck!!
Thanks...will try that because its not working again..stopped receiving notifications and recordings yesterday
followed all steps for no notifications on se cameras and this still does not work. what is next??
