No playback on any video

None of the videos recorded from my camera will playback. Video shows on log, shows how long video is, but when I select the video nothing plays. Every single video is that way. I pay for a subscription and can’t even view playback. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times for glitches that it’s ridiculous

We would like to investigate further this issue you had with your Roku camera since the recordings are not playing. May we know what are the exact dates of the previous recordings are you trying to access?
