Is this really a legitimate customer service represenatative?
Good afternoon, I am texting you because my roku will not connect to my internet. And I have a roku camera doorbell and it will not show up on my phone or TV. Is showed up at first but it stopped and I don't know why and it keeps saying not connected not connected to Nicky spinning when I try to connect it. I will really like someone to help with this. Thank you so much bye.

@LoveisGod77 You really need to post your issue in a different thread, or create a new one. No one will be looking at this thread that can provide assistance with a Roku Home device. That's a completely different section of the community.
