We appreciate you letting us know about the issue with your Roku Camera SE, which won't reset and is still on the blue status light. No worries, help is here.
We would like to take a closer look into the issue. When you said it's not showing, did you mean you cannot see it on the Roku Smart Home app main page? In the meantime, we highly suggest you try the following:
- Check if your Roku Smart Home app is running the latest version.
- Connect again the camera:
- Open the Home screen
- Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar
- Select Add device
- Select your device category and then select a device
- Follow the on-screen instructions
